WESP technology is very popular in various types of applications since removal of fine particles has been very effective& it also provides low energy consumption compared to other dust separation methods. We are familiar with all designs of WESP and are able to provide .Wet Electrostatic Precipitators (WESPs) are also used for simultaneous removal of acid gases and particulate matter. WESP technologyis very effective in removing fine acid mists and fine particulates, which cannot be collected as efficiently with a dry ESP. A WESP also offers the additional benefit of some heavy metal removal. We have observed regular requirements of replacement spares for WESP & hence we added these spares to our range.

A WESP can be configured with flat plate Collecting Electrodes or up-flow tubular structure. Each industry and plant site is therefore unique. Due to the saturated conditions of the process gas WESPs are susceptible to corrosion. Proper selection of the materials of construction depends upon analysis of the process gas, expected pH and chloride levels in the water.
Different manufacturers of WET Electrostatic Precipitator use different designs & shapes of Ionizing Rods & Collecting Electrodes. We are in a position to supply all these parts as per customers’ requirements.
